SecureCRT 5.5 or Later
Open SecureCRT, select Options menu, and click on Global Options
Select Web Browser under Terminal and click "Make SecureCRT Your Default SSH2 Application"... you can select the others if you choose to do so.
Finally, your url link will look like this in your html.
<a href="SSH2://some.url.net">some.url.net</a>
